Dog Training Tip of the Day
(part 1 of 3)
Holy dogs and puppies batman! The streets are teaming with pets while dog training Miami Florida sessions are in full swing. Fashion week has nothing on these gorgeous mutts! With so many love bugs it was super hard to narrow down the competition, but it is a tough job that this dog trainer loves! Interacting with families and pups is a wonderful experience for me to challenge myself and my different teachings methods to get through to parents frustrated and getting bad advice, choking their pets to get them to “listen/obey” out of fear and intimidation.
Our dog training sessions always see the poshest little cuties on their way to being the most well-behaved, well-mannered gentlemen and ladies. Today’s dogs on frenetic Lincoln Road needed a lot of dog training and behavior modification help.
Dog Training South Florida Tip of the Day
Dogs are associative learners. If you scare, bully or intimidate dogs, with your body language, force, choke chains, pronged collars or shock collars you are “teaching” in the stone age and the behavioral manifestations will be quiet unpleasant and more complex and damaging than the original fear and issue ever was. Go positive and force free or don’t take on the responsibility of being a pet parent.
Parents wouldn’t stand to let a stranger or a “teacher” put a choke chain or similar barbaric/abusive collar on their 2 year old child to “teach” them, so why would you ever let a “trainer” do this?
