Dog Trainers in Miami Tip of the Day
“My dog is not aggressive.” Really? Is that why he/she just lunged at me and tore my shorts? I hear people claim that their beloved pet is not aggressive all too often. Whether the pet parent is in denial or just confused at what aggression, impulsivity, or a reactive dog look like is another debate. But if your dog is anything less than a loosey goosey, happy go lucky, Lassie, it is NOT a good idea (AKA terrible/catastrophic) to have them in public places of any kind never the less stressful and uncontrollable environments.
Before you have an injured person or dog on your hands (not to mention a law suit) call a force-free Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT) before it is too late. Behavioral problems affected by a lack of socialization, fear, reactivity and impulsivity only get worse with time and even worse when treated by an amateur dog “trainer” abuser with force, choke chains, fear, bullying and or pain. Furthermore, the latter will also destroy any iota of a relationship and trust that may have existed between you.
