Cancellation, Refund and Credit Policy:

We adhere to a strict policy of no overbooking. Therefore, once you have contracted our services, we will turn away business and alter our schedule in order to accommodate your schedule. For all services, cancellation or change requests must be received via email and confirmed by us.

There are no refunds after payment has been made. All credits are issued in house for future use, are nontransferable and expire after 60 days. For eligibility to receive an in-house credit, you must abide by your services cancellation / rescheduling policy requirements below. These policies are strictly enforced.

Cancellations / Rescheduling for Dog Training, Daily Dog Walking & Running, Day Care and Additional Services:

We require a minimum of 48 hour confirmed cancellation/rescheduling for non holidays and 10 days for holidays to receive a full credit for unused service.
If non compliant you will still be charged for a regular visit and 100% of the total cost is non refundable. Cancellation/rescheduling fees are strictly imposed.

Example: If we arrive for your visit and you determine you do not want a visit, your pet is not there, or you would rather do another activity other then the service contracted for, you will be charged for your regular visit.

Cancellations / Rescheduling for Pet Sitting, Dog Boarding, All-Inclusive Overnight Dog Boarding, All-Inclusive Dog Training, Behavior Modification & Boarding, All-Inclusive Overnight Cat Boarding & Cat Sitting:

We require a minimum of 7 days prior to departure for non holidays and 14 days prior to departure for holidays confirmed cancellation/rescheduling to receive a full credit for unused service. If non compliant, 100% of the total cost is non refundable. Cancellation rescheduling fees are strictly imposed.
